Zeke and I caught the tigers actually moving around (don't know about my phone's quality)... and a short video of the beautiful water and falls and couple of days we had in Tenn.

Half way through (about 110minutes in)...


Ready to serve! Three hours of smoking. We stuffed the birds with onion and orange bell peppers. Covered the bodies with a dry rub, beer and bbq sauce. Filled the smoking pan with onions, orange peppers, apples, sugar, salt, black pepper, parsely flakes, beer, bbq, water and other spices. Basted the 3 birds with H20 and BBQ about every 35 minutes. Came out tender and wonderful!

Corrie and I really like to cook at home. As they said in "Goodfellas," dinner every night is an event! And after reading this article, it makes a good case that not only the pocketbook, but also your heart would be better served for home meals. And if you don't like to cook, just call us and invite yourself over for dinner...

BirthdayBonfire...

We couldn't stay very late, but we had a good time at the York house last Friday night. All 3 girls had a birthday within a few days of each other. Zeke helped Lyle build the fire, the crew played volleyball, and Ethne had a really bad cold... oh well. He're a few pics from my phone.
