Purdue Trip...

Happy Monday Everyone!
Corrie's nephew Kyle plays in the marching band at Purdue University. So, Corrie and I went (left at 5am...uggh, but see pretty sunrise pic below) with Dave (her brother) and Jenn to see Kyle play at senior day this past Saturday. It was fun to share in all of the pagentry that went on. From the good-byes to the Seniors before the football game, to the halftime show and parent recognition, to the march out of the stadium and the special concert in the quad to end the day. We had a ball and the game was really entertaining and close... even though Purdue lost. West Lafayette is a beautiful place with a ton of history and tradition (oldest marching band in the USA, by the way). We'll post a few pics here (more on FaceBook) and 2 videos of them marching and of course the tubas for Zeke...lol! Kyle is one of the snares.
