Maybe February will bring an early Spring this year...

So, in our small groups at the Vineyard, we have what's called the BLESSING LIST. Each week, we pray for specific people in our world to be blessed by God and find Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Well, for Corrie and I, we have a "blessing list" of sorts from the past 10 days or so, that has kindof left us speechless, humble and feeling like God is moving forward in ways that will continue to astound us. Anyway, without lots of conversation and stuff, here are the broad strokes of a breathless week or so...

Friday January 22nd - Corrie found out she was pregnant with our 3rd child.

Sunday January 24th - Our small group sees new faces again and adds our 9th & 10th family.

Tuesday, January 26th - Adam's car is hit in the Wal-Mart parking lot while he is inside buying diapers.

Wednesday, January 27th - We are told that a relative is going to sell us their minivan for almost nothing (some titletransfer fees, etc.) because they felt like God wanted them to give it to someone... they didn't know we were pregnant yet and they decided at the exact time Corrie was praying about our situation.

Thursday, January 28th - Adam borrow's a car, but less than an hour into his inspections, his laptop crashes.

Friday, January 29th - Adam borrow's a car and a laptop for work. Paycheck comes a day early and is $200 more than what we had anticipated. Yeah God!

Saturday, January 30th - Someone tells us that God wanted them to give us a check. And we were officially asked to be small group coaches of 3-4 other small groups.

Sunday, January 31st - Had lunch with a couple who recently moved to Illinois. They might be interested in being worship leaders in a church plant (both parties are now praying on this... join us in prayers please).

More Sunday - Incredible night at small group. Lots of people serving and sharing and praying. Over 30 of us gathered in our little house, including another new family.

More Sunday - Had a late night and good conversation with a future leader in our church planting team.

Monday, February 1st - Got the check (see saturday). It covered our car repairs and more. Plus, we added another $50 monthly supporter. God is good!

This is just a snapshot, but there were lots of other trials and blessings through the week. Satan is attacking and Christ is upholding. It's crazy to be in the battle, but an honor to serve. God bless friends!
